아시위사 경과 거의 동일할 것으로 여겨지는 경으로, 마잔티카 장로가 카스미라와 간다라 사람들을 교화하기 위해 설했다고 전해지며, 후에 마힌다가 스리랑카 아누라다푸라에서 수천 명을 교화하기 위해 설했다고 한다.
