婆罗堕婆阇兄弟之一，佛陀在舍卫城劝他名实相符、践行不害之道，据说他后来证得了阿罗汉果。

One of the Bhāradvāja brothers whom the Buddha, at Sāvatthi, encouraged to live up to his name by practising harmlessness, and who is said to have later become an Arahant.
