王舍城一位婆罗门，因兄长皈依佛陀而怒不可遏，前去辱骂佛陀，反被佛陀度化并证阿罗汉果；因曾作五百偈讥毁佛陀，得“Akkosaka”（辱骂者）之名。

A brahmin of Rājagaha who, enraged at his elder brother’s conversion, visited the Buddha to insult him but was himself converted and later attained Arahantship, earning the epithet Akkosaka (‘the abuser’) for having composed a 500-verse lampoon against the Buddha.
