A country near Magadha, home to the Buli clan, which claimed and received a share of the Buddha’s relics as fellow warrior-caste people and enshrined them in a thūpa.

Person阿罗迦波(Allakappa)国王,曾与好友韦陀提波迦(Veṭhadīpaka)王一同弃位出家为苦行者,后借助亡友化为天神所赠的神奇琵琶,庇护并抚养流亡的憍赏弥王后及其子优填(Udena)。
The king of Allakappa who renounced his throne to become an ascetic alongside his friend the king of Veṭhadīpa, later using a magic lute given by his friend’s deva-form to protect and raise the exiled queen of Kosambi and her son Udena.
