果樹園のマンゴーで生活していた利己的な苦行者が、帝釈天（Sakka）が果樹園を略奪されたかのように見せかけたとき、四人の商人の娘たちを盗みで誤って告発し、彼女たちが誓いを立てて潔白を証明するまでそれが続いたというジャータカで、盗まれたマンゴーについて同様の誤った告発をした老比丘について説かれた。

A Jātaka about a selfish ascetic who lived off the mangoes of an orchard and, when Sakka made it appear plundered, wrongly accused four merchants’ daughters of theft until their sworn oaths cleared them, told about an elderly monk who made the same false accusation over stolen mangoes.
