Ambacora Jātaka
Jātaka一则本生故事,讲一位贪恋芒果的自私苦行者,在帝释天故意使果园显得被劫掠后,诬告四位商人之女偷了芒果,直到她们发誓自证清白才作罢,借以讲述一位年老比丘因失窃芒果而做出同样诬告之事。
A Jātaka about a selfish ascetic who lived off the mangoes of an orchard and, when Sakka made it appear plundered, wrongly accused four merchants’ daughters of theft until their sworn oaths cleared them, told about an elderly monk who made the same false accusation over stolen mangoes.
