Dasāraha氏族に属する太鼓で、伝説によれば伝説の金の蟹の爪から作られ、原材料が一片も残らなくなるまで留め釘を一本ずつ順に取り替えて修復され続けたという。
A kettle-drum belonging to the Dasāraha clan, said in legend to have been fashioned from the claw of the mythical Golden Crab and gradually rebuilt peg by peg until none of its original material remained.
