데바갑바의 시녀 난다고파의 남편으로, 난다고파가 우파사가라와의 사이에서 낳은 열 아들이 난다고파와 안다카벤후의 자식으로 길러져 훗날 안다카벤후 왕자들이라 불리게 되었다.
