Anitthigandhakumāra
Person菩萨化为波罗奈王子,原厌恶女色,后被一舞女诱惑;见她引诱并败坏一位苦行者的道行后,他遂弃女出家,事见 Cūḷapalobhana Jātaka。
The Bodhisatta as a prince of Bārāṇasī who hated women until seduced by a dancing-girl, but later renounced her and the world after witnessing her corrupt an ascetic; his story is told in the Cūḷapalobhana Jātaka.

Person舍卫城一位青年,誓言只娶容貌堪比自制画像之女;使者在 Sāgala 寻得的新娘却在赴婚途中亡故,他痛不欲生,佛陀亲往开示,助其证得入流果。
A young man of Sāvatthi who vowed to marry only a woman as beautiful as an image he had made; the bride found in Sāgala died en route to the wedding, and his subsequent grief was resolved when the Buddha visited and taught him, leading him to Stream-entry.

Person一位辟支佛,波罗奈王之子,与前则情节相似——未婚妻于赴婚途中身故,他因悲恸而深入禅思,终证辟支佛果;其偈颂之一收于 Khaggavisāṇa Sutta。
A Pacceka Buddha, son of the King of Bārāṇasī, whose similarly bereaved bridegroom’s grief over his bride’s death en route to their wedding led him to contemplation and Pacceka Buddhahood; a stanza attributed to him is included in the Khaggavisāṇa Sutta.
