Anitthigandhakumāra
Person菩薩化為波羅奈王子,原厭惡女色,後被一舞女誘惑;見她引誘並敗壞一位苦行者的道行後,他遂棄女出家,事見 Cūḷapalobhana Jātaka。
The Bodhisatta as a prince of Bārāṇasī who hated women until seduced by a dancing-girl, but later renounced her and the world after witnessing her corrupt an ascetic; his story is told in the Cūḷapalobhana Jātaka.

Person舍衛城一位青年,誓言只娶容貌堪比自制畫像之女;使者在 Sāgala 尋得的新娘卻在赴婚途中亡故,他痛不欲生,佛陀親往開示,助其證得入流果。
A young man of Sāvatthi who vowed to marry only a woman as beautiful as an image he had made; the bride found in Sāgala died en route to the wedding, and his subsequent grief was resolved when the Buddha visited and taught him, leading him to Stream-entry.

Person一位辟支佛,波羅奈王之子,與前則情節相似——未婚妻於赴婚途中身故,他因悲慟而深入禪思,終證辟支佛果;其偈頌之一收於 Khaggavisāṇa Sutta。
A Pacceka Buddha, son of the King of Bārāṇasī, whose similarly bereaved bridegroom’s grief over his bride’s death en route to their wedding led him to contemplation and Pacceka Buddhahood; a stanza attributed to him is included in the Khaggavisāṇa Sutta.
