Araññakuṭikā
Place仏陀の時代に比丘たちが好んだ森の庵の総称で、大目犍連や大迦葉が使ったラージャガハ近郊の場所や、ディーガランギカやヒマラヤ山麓付近の他の場所も含む。
A generic term for the forest hermitages frequented by monks in the Buddha’s time, including sites near Rājagaha used by Mahā-Moggallāna and Mahā-Kassapa and others near Dīghalaṅghika and the Himalayan foothills.
