තුසිත දෙව්ලොවින් අවතීර්ණ වීමේ සිට, බුදු වීමට නියමිත අයෙකුගේ පිළිසිඳ ගැනීම හා උපත සමඟ ඇති වූ අද්භූත සිදුවීම් විස්තර කරන අතර, එය ආනන්ද තෙරුන් විසින් විස්තරාත්මකව කියනු ලබා බුදුරජාණන් වහන්සේ විසින් අනුමත කරන ලද දේශනාවකි.

v.l. Acchariyadhamma Sutta.– The wonders attendant on the nativity of a being destined to become a Buddha, described from the time of his leaving the Tusita heaven.
