제삼선의 경지에 거주하는 색계 신들의 한 부류로, 수명이 삼십이 겁에 이르며, 신심과 계행과 배움과 보시와 지혜를 갖춘 이들이 이곳에 태어난다.

A class of devas of the realm of form (rupaloka) belonging to the plane of third jhāna (Abhs.p.21).

Their life-term is thirty-two aeons (kappa) (Abhs.p.23; see also Kvu.207; VibhA.520).

Beings are born there who are possessed of faith, virtue, learning, munificence, and wisdom. M.iii.102.
