Ariṭṭhakā
Otherマハーサマヤ・スッタが説かれた際に出席した天群の一種で、あおい花の色をしていたと描写される。ただしブッダゴーサは同じ語を別の天群を指すものと解釈している。
A class of devas who were present at the teaching of the Mahāsamaya Sutta.
They were like azure flowers in hue (ummāpupphanibhāsino). D.ii.260.
Buddhaghosa, however, explains “ummāpupphanibhāsina” as being the name of another class of devas (DA.ii.690).
