Personपोतनगर का राजा, जो बुद्ध की मृत्यु के कुछ ही समय बाद शासन करता था, सुजात का पिता, जिसने अपना राज्य अपनी छोटी रानी के पुत्र को सौंप दिया।
King of Potanagara in the Assaka country, soon after the Buddha’s death. He was the father of Sujāta and had two wives. He bequeathed his kingdom to the son of the younger wife (VvA.259-60).
