Person붓다 열반 직후 통치한 포타나가라의 왕으로, 수자타의 아버지이며 자신의 어린 왕비의 아들에게 왕국을 물려주었다.
King of Potanagara in the Assaka country, soon after the Buddha’s death. He was the father of Sujāta and had two wives. He bequeathed his kingdom to the son of the younger wife (VvA.259-60).
