Aṭṭhana Jātaka
Jātaka여자의 신뢰할 수 없음에 관한 자타카로, 매일 유녀에게 선물을 바친 젊은 상인이 돈 없이 온 단 하루에 빈손으로 쫓겨나서 혐오감을 느끼고 고행자가 되었다는 이야기로, 한 여자 때문에 환속을 생각하는 비구에 비유된다.
On the untrustworthiness and treacherousness of women. A young merchant, Mahādhana, patronised a courtesan, giving her a thousand pieces daily. One day, having no time to fetch the money, he went empty-handed and was cast out. Thereupon, in disgust, he became an ascetic (J.iii.474 ff).
The story is related to a monk who wished to leave the Order on account of a woman.
