Suttaကိုယ်ခန္ဓာ၊ ဝေဒနာနှင့် သညာကို ‘ငါ’ ဟုသတ်မှတ်သူများသည် ချည်နှောင်ခံနေရဆဲဖြစ်ပြီး၊ သတ်မှတ်မှုမပြုသူများမူ လွတ်မြောက်ကြသည်
Those who regard the body, feelings, perceptions, etc., as self, are fettered by bonds those who do not are free. S.iii.164.
