Bhoganagara
Place跋耆国的一座城镇,佛陀最后一次游行时曾驻锡于此并宣说四大教法,地处波婆与毘舍离之间。
A town in the Vajji country, where the Buddha stayed on his last journey, in the Ānanda-cetiya, and where he taught a discourse on the Four Great Authorities (see the Mahāpadesa Sutta) (D.ii.124 f; A.ii.167 ff).
From Bhoga he went on to Pāvā (D.ii.126).
Bhoga was one of the places passed by Bāvari’s pupils on their way to Rājagaha. It lay between Pāvā and Vesāli. SN.vs.1013.
