SuttaEine im Ukkacelā gehaltene Lehrrede, die mit dem Gleichnis eines Hirten, der Rinder über eine Furt treibt, veranschaulicht, wie jene, die falschen Lehrern vertrauen, ins Verderben geraten, während jene, die wahren Lehrern folgen, Befreiung erlangen.
Taught to the monks assembled at Ukkacelā. Those who will listen to and trust in the wrong kind of recluse and brahmin and who do not understand good and evil will come to grief, whereas those who hearken to teachers of the right kind will gain deliverance.
