Personバーラーナシー（Bārāṇasī）の王ブラフマダッタ（Brahmadatta）の娘で、苦行者ローマサ・カッサパ（Lomasa-Kassapa）に動物供犠と引き換えに嫁がされそうになったが、彼は結局その供犠を拒んだ。
Daughter of Brahmadatta, king of Bārāṇasī. The king offered her to Lomasa-kassapa on condition that he should perform a sacrifice of beasts. Kassapa agreed but later withdrew his consent. See the Lomasa-Kassapa Jātaka. J.iii.515 ff; Mil.220.
