五部のニカーヤから抜粋された二十七の選集で、よく知られたパリッタ経典を含む。著者と年代は不明である。

A compilation of twenty-seven extracts from the five Nikāya, chiefly from the Khuddakapāṭha. It also includes several suttas and all the well-known Paritta Suttas (q.v.) The date of compilation and the author are not known. There is a commentary to the book called the Sāratthasamuccaya, written by a pupil of Ānanda Vanaratana Thera, and a Sinhalese paraphrase of the eighteenth century, written by Saranaṅkara Saṅgharāja.
