Cūḷagopālaka Sutta
SuttaBài kinh thuyết tại Ukkacelā, dùng ví dụ về người chăn bò dẫn đàn gia súc qua một bến sông, để minh họa rằng những ai tin theo thầy giả sẽ chuốc lấy tai họa, còn những ai theo thầy chân chính sẽ đạt được giải thoát.
Taught to the monks assembled at Ukkacelā. Those who will listen to and trust in the wrong kind of recluse and brahmin and who do not understand good and evil will come to grief, whereas those who hearken to teachers of the right kind will gain deliverance.
The theme is illustrated by various similes drawn from the picture of a herdsman driving cattle across a ford. M.i.225 f.
