A Pāḷi poem composed in the reign of Līlāvatī by Dhammakitti at the request of the minister Parakkama, based on an older Sinhalese chronicle and recounting the history of the Tooth Relic up to its arrival in Sri Lanka.

A Pāḷi poem, composed in the reign of Līlāvatī by Dhammakitti, at the request of the minister Parakkama. It is based on an older Sinhalese Chronicle, the Daladāvaṃsa, and is an elaborate work dealing with the history of the Tooth Relic up to the time of its arrival in Sri Lanka. Ed. by the P.T.S.
