Ekadaṃsaniya
PersonEin Arahant, der zur Zeit des Buddha Atthadassī dessen Lehre hörte und, erfreut über die Lehrrede, ihm Ehrerbietung erwies; er wurde später unter dem Namen Amittatāpana König und ist wahrscheinlich mit dem Thera Paviṭṭha identisch.

In the time of Atthadassī Buddha, he was named Nārada-Kesava. He heard the Buddha teach and, gladdened by the discourse, paid homage.
Seventeen world-cycles ago he became a king under the name of Amittatāpana (v.l. Amittavāsana?) (Ap.i.168 f).
He is probably identical with Paviṭṭha Thera. ThagA.i.185.
