A Mahā Brahmā who was present at the teaching of the Mahāsamaya Sutta, at the head of one hundred thousand other Brahmā (D.ii.261; DA.ii.693; cf. DA.i.40).
He was one of the chief Brahmā. See, e.g., DA.ii.693; MA.ii.576.
