Person불제자들이 어려움에 처했을 때 불러야 할 야차의 우두머리로, 마하사마야경 설법에 참석했으며 사타기라의 친구였다.
A yakkha chief, to be invoked by followers of the Buddha in time of need (D.iii.204).
He was present at the teaching of the Mahāsamaya Sutta (D.ii.256).
He was the friend of Sātāgira (q.v.)
