Janesabha
Personचार महाराजाओं का एक गन्धब्ब सामन्त, जो बुद्ध द्वारा महासमय सुत्त के उपदेश के समय उपस्थित था, बाद में अनुयायियों द्वारा रक्षक देवता के रूप में आवाहित किया गया।
A Gandhabba, a vassal of the Four Regent Gods. He was present at the teaching of the Mahāsamaya Sutta (D.ii.258).
In the Āṭānāṭiya Sutta (D.iii.204) he is mentioned as a yakkha chieftain to be invoked by the Buddha’s followers in time of need.
He is probably identical with Janavasabha.
