Jhānasodhana Jātaka
JātakaChuyện Jātaka về một vị khổ hạnh, chính là Bồ Tát, có lời trăng trối ‘chẳng phải có tưởng cũng chẳng phải không tưởng’ được đệ tử trưởng của ông giải thích đúng nhưng những người khác không tin, cho đến khi Bồ Tát từ cõi Phạm thiên giáng xuống để xác nhận lời giải thích ấy — được kể liên quan đến một cách giải thích của Sāriputta tại Saṅkassa.
The Bodhisatta was once an ascetic who, at the moment of his death, said “neither conscious nor unconscious.” His chief disciple interpreted these words, but the others would not believe him until the Bodhisatta descended from the Brahma-world in order to uphold his explanation.
The story was related in reference to an explanation given by Sāriputta at Saṅkassa (J.i.473).
This Jātaka is probably also called the Anaṅgana Jātaka (q.v.)
