Text仏陀の生涯を語る二百五十偈のパーリ語詩で、作者は不確かながらブッダダッタあるいはブッダラッキタの作とされることもある
A Pāḷi poem of two hundred and fifty verses, containing a history of the Buddha’s life.
Its authorship is uncertain; some attribute it to Buddhadatta, author of the Madhuratthavilāsinī, others to Buddharakkhita.
A Subcommentary (ṭīkā) on it exists. Gv.69, 72; see P.L.C.110 f.
