An Arahant. Ninety-one world-cycles ago he saw Vipassī Buddha walking along the street and, pleased with his demeanour, offered him a wood-apple fruit (kapiṭṭha) (Ap.ii.449).

He is probably identical with either Nisabha Thera (ThagA.i.318) or Ajita (ThagA.i.73).
