Kumudadāyaka
Person파두뭇타라 붓다(Padumuttara) 시대에 히말라야 호수의 새였을 때, 붓다에게 연꽃을 바친 아라한.
An Arahant. In the time of Padumuttara Buddha he was a bird named Kakudha in a lake in Himavā and offered the Buddha a lotus-flower.
Sixteen hundred world-cycles ago he became king eight times under the name of Varuṇa (Ap.i.180).
He is probably identical with Malitavambha. ThagA.i.211 f.
