Personဒါမဟာလကမှ ရဟန်းတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ဆွမ်းရည်လှူဒါန်းခြင်း၏ အကျိုးကျေးဇူးအကြောင်း ဟောကြားချက်သည် သံဃတိဿမင်းအား အနုရာဓပူရမြို့တံခါးများတွင် ရဟန်းများအား ဆွမ်းရည် ပုံမှန် ဝေငှရန် တည်ထောင်စေခဲ့သည်။
From Dāmahālaka. King Saṅghatissa heard him one day teach the merits of giving rice gruel, and thereupon instituted an abundant gift of rice gruel to the monks at the gates of Anurādhapura. Mhv.xxxvi.68.
