Person受波羅迦羅摩巴忽四世（Parakkamabāhu IV）委託將本生故事譯成僧伽羅文的僧人，國王為他建了波羅迦羅摩巴忽僧房（pariveṇa），並賜予數座村莊作為供養。
He was entrusted by Parakkamabāhu IV with the translation of the Jātaka stories into Singhalese. The king built for him a pariveṇa called the Parakkamabāhu pariveṇa, and gave for its maintenance the villages of Purānagāma, Sannīrasela, Labujamaṇḍaka and Moravaṅka. Cv.xc.86.
