밀린다 왕과 장로 나가세나 사이의 대화 기록으로, 실제 대화가 이루어진 후에 편찬된 것으로 보이며, 현재 후대의 추가로 여겨지는 부분들을 포함하고 있다

Records the conversation between Milinda and Nāgasena.

It is believed that the book was compiled later than the time of the conversation and that many of the recorded conversations are spurious.

There is a Singhalese translation to it, which is called the Saddharmādāsaya, written in the eighteenth century by a monk named Sumaṅgala. P.L.C.274.
