Person一位阿罗汉，可能即罗摩沙建祇耶长老；久远之前他曾见一位佛陀（或为毗婆尸佛）行经街市，供奉龙华。
An Arahant. Probably identical with Lomasakaṅgiya (ThagA.i.84). Ninety-one world-cycles ago he saw the Buddha (Vipassi?) walking along the street and offered him nāga flowers. Ap.ii.450.
