Person一位阿羅漢，可能即羅摩沙建祇耶長老；久遠之前他曾見一位佛陀（或為毗婆尸佛）行經街市，供奉龍華。
An Arahant. Probably identical with Lomasakaṅgiya (ThagA.i.84). Ninety-one world-cycles ago he saw the Buddha (Vipassi?) walking along the street and offered him nāga flowers. Ap.ii.450.
