Pheṇapiṇḍūpama Sutta

アヨッジャーのガンジス河畔で説かれ、色・受・想・行・識をそれぞれ泡沫、水泡、陽炎、芭蕉の幹、幻術師の幻にたとえる経。

While the Buddha was staying at Ayojjhā on the bank of the Ganges.

Like a lump of foam, a water bubble or a mirage, the trunk of a plantain tree, and the vision conjured up by a magician are, respectively, the body, feelings, perceptions, mental formations, and consciousness, unreal, having no excuse. S.iii.140 f.
