Puṅkhagāma
Place스리랑카 닥키나데사에 있는 마을로, 마나바라나가 한때 다른 이름으로 살았던 곳이자 파락카마바후 1세가 태어난 곳이다. 그는 훗날 자신의 생가 터에 높이 솟은 기념물을 세웠다.
A village in the Dakkhiṇadesa of Sri Lanka, where Mānābharaṇa lived under the name of Virabāhu (Cv.lxi.26) and where Parakkamabāhu I was born (Ibid., lxxii.18). Parakkamabāhu subsequently erected there the Sūtigharacetiya, one hundred and eighty feet high, on the site of the house in which he was born. Ibid., lxxix.61.
