Государственный слон царя Пасенади (Pasenadi), из-за которого Будда произнёс особую проповедь; получил такое имя, потому что был белым.

The state elephant of Pasenadi, on whose account the Buddha taught a special discourse (A.iii.345). He was so called because he was white (AA.ii.669; cf. ThagA.ii.7).
