Sonadinnā
PersonA devout lay disciple of Nāḷandā who became a stream-enterer upon hearing the Buddha teach and, after death, was reborn in Tāvatiṃsa, where Mahā-Moggallāna learned her story.
A female lay disciple (upāsikā) of Nāḷandā, a very good woman.
She listened to the Buddha teaching and became a Stream-winner.
After death she was born in Tāvatiṃsa, where Mahā-Moggallāna met her and learnt her story. Vv.ii.6; VvA.114 f.
