Sāhasamalla
Personओक्काक वंश का श्रीलंका का एक राजा, जिसने अयस्मन्त द्वारा गद्दी से हटाए जाने से पहले केवल दो वर्ष राज्य किया; उसके राज्यारोहण की तिथि को द्वीप के आरंभिक इतिहास में एकमात्र निश्चित रूप से स्थापित तिथि माना जाता है।
A king of Sri Lanka who belonged to the Okkāka dynasty and reigned for only two years, until he was deposed by Ayasmanta. Cv.lxxx.32; but see Cv.Trs.ii.130, n.1; the date of his accession (August 23rd, 1200) is said to be the only absolutely certain date in the history of Sri Lanka.
