A discourse describing the monk endowed with virtue, concentration, insight, emancipation, and the vision of emancipation as worthy of offerings and homage.

A monk who has achieved virtue, concentration, insight, emancipation and the vision of emancipation such a one is worthy of offerings and homage. A.iii.134.
