Vinelapupphiya

An arahant who, thirty-one world-cycles ago, met the Buddha Sikhī and offered him a vinela flower; he is thought to be the same person as the elder Rāmaneyyaka.
v.l. Minelapupphiya.– An Arahant. Thirty-one world-cycles ago he met Sikhī Buddha and offered him a vinela flower.
Twenty-nine world-cycles ago he was a king named Sumeghaghana (Ap.i.203 f).
He is probably identical with Rāmaneyyaka Thera. ThagA.i.121.
