Person닥키나데사의 총독이 되었을 때 마나바라나 왕자가 채택한 성으로, 훗날 파락카마바후 1세왕의 아버지가 되었다.
The surname assumed by Mānābharaṇa (1). when he became governor of Dakkhiṇadesa, with his headquarters at Puṅkhagāma. He also bore the title of Mahādipāda. This Mānābharaṇa was the father of Parakkamabāhu I. Cv.lxi.26; lxii.4, 62.
