v.l. Yuganandha Sutta.– Ānanda tells the monks at Ghositārāma, in Kosambī, that those who have attained Arahantship have done so in one of four ways:

by developing insight preceded by calm,

or calm preceded by insight,

or calm and insight together,

or by having a mind utterly devoid of perplexities about the Dhamma. A.ii.157.
