Person구십일 겁 전에 야자수를 보고 마음을 부처님께 고정하여 그분의 칭송할 만한 덕성을 사유한 아라한으로, 피얀자하 장로와 동일인으로 여겨진다.
An Arahant. Ninety-one world-cycles ago he saw a coco-palm, and with his mind fixed on the Buddha, thought of the Buddha’s praises. Seventy-three world-cycles ago he was a king named Puḷinapupphiya (Ap.i.161 f). He is probably identical with Piyañjaha Thera. (ThagA.i.169).
