พระอรหันต์ผู้ในสมัยพระติสสพุทธเจ้าได้ปลูกและดูแลต้นอสนะเป็นเวลาห้าปีจนกลายเป็นต้นโพธิ์ของพระพุทธเจ้าพระองค์นั้น จากนั้นได้เสวยสุขในหมู่เทวดาเป็นเวลานานและเกิดใหม่ซ้ำแล้วซ้ำเล่าเป็นพระเจ้าจักรพรรดิและกษัตริย์

An arahant who, in Tissa Buddha’s time, planted and tended for five years the Asana tree that became that Buddha’s Bodhi tree, thereafter enjoying long ages among the devas and repeated births as a wheel-turning monarch and king.
