一位糖商，在从安陀迦频陀往王舍城的路上遇见佛陀，供养一罐糖予僧众，之后依嘱将余糖倾入水中并闻其发出声响，随即受持三皈依成为在家弟子。

A sugar dealer who, meeting the Buddha on the road from Andhakavinda to Rājagaha, offered a pot of sugar to the monks, and after being told to pour the leftover sugar into water and hearing it crackle, took the three refuges and became a lay follower.
