一位穿衣的遊方者（有別於裸行苦行者），居於阿奴比耶附近，是薩那伽多的朋友；佛陀曾拜訪他，兩人的對話載於《波梨經》；他之所以得名，是因出身巴伽婆氏族。

A wanderer who wore clothes, unlike naked ascetics, living near Anupiyā and a friend of Sunakkhatta, whom the Buddha once visited for a conversation recorded in the Pāṭika Sutta; he was so named because he belonged to the Bhaggava clan.
